freight (tractor-trailer/large item) shipments BEFORE signing the

shipments no later than 48 hours after delivery. If an item is
damaged during shipment to you, refuse delivery of all damaged
goods and call us as soon as possible (1-800-288-3346). We will do
everything we can to get the matter resolved quickly.

for all damage claims originating after signing for a shipment
and/or 48 hours past the delivery time. When a damage
claim is made, you must keep the product(s) and packing material
together as most carriers will send a representative to
inspect the package before issuing compensation.

must call Permanon Finishes within 10 days of receipt to discuss
the condition of the product. If we agree, based on the
customers description of the defect, that the product is
defective, then arrangements will be made for its return.
Returns will not be accepted without a prior Return
receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, if Permanon
Finishes confirms that the product is defective as originally
described, then we will ship a no-charge replacement (or issue a
refund upon request) within three business days. However, if
it is determined that the product is not defective as originally
described, then it will be returned to the customer for an
additional shipping fee to include the costs for return-shipping
to Permanon Finishes and back to the customer.
