Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 3 business days of an order confirmation. If we determine that an order (or any part of an order) will not ship within the promised time frame, we will notify the customer via email prior to the third business day. Permanon Finishes will ship the order within the next 5 business days unless the customer emails/calls us to cancel the un-shipped portion of their order. An entire order or any part of an order that has already shipped cannot be canceled. If it is later determined that we are unable to meet the revised shipping time frame, then we will notify the customer via email prior to the revised shipping date that we have cancelled and refunded the customer’s unshipped portion of the order. Delivery Information: You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination (within the continental United States) within 3-5 business days from the ship date.

Return Policy

A customer may return defective product(s) only after a Return Authorization has been approved by Permanon Finishes. If the product arrives damaged by the carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service or motor freight), then contact Permanon Finishes immediately at 1-800-288-3346.

Damage that occurs during shipment is the responsibility of the shipping company/carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service, motor freight). It is the customers responsibility to inspect all motor freight (tractor-trailer/large item) shipments BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. You must inspect UPS, FedEx or US Postal shipments no later than 48 hours after delivery. If an item is damaged during shipment to you, refuse delivery of all damaged goods and call us as soon as possible (1-800-288-3346). We will do everything we can to get the matter resolved quickly.

Customers will have to settle with the delivering carrier/company directly for all damage claims originating after signing for a shipment and/or 48 hours past the delivery time. When a damage claim is made, you must keep the product(s) and packing material together as most carriers will send a representative to inspect the package before issuing compensation.

If the product arrives and is found to be defective, then the customer must call Permanon Finishes within 10 days of receipt to discuss the condition of the product. If we agree, based on the customers description of the defect, that the product is defective, then arrangements will be made for its return.

NOTE: Returns will not be accepted without a prior Return Authorization.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, if Permanon Finishes confirms that the product is defective as originally described, then we will ship a no-charge replacement (or issue a refund upon request) within three business days. However, if it is determined that the product is not defective as originally described, then it will be returned to the customer for an additional shipping fee to include the costs for return-shipping to Permanon Finishes and back to the customer.

Privacy Policy

We do not share any personal information including name, address, email, phone number or credit card information with any individual(s) or companies outside of Permanon Finishes with the exception of your shipping information to our shipping partners.
