We ship orders within 3 business days of an order confirmation. If we determine that an order (or any part of an order) will not ship within the promised time frame, we will notify the customer via email prior to the third business day. Permanon Finishes will ship the order within the next 5 business days unless the customer emails/calls us to cancel the un-shipped portion of their order. An entire order or any part of an order that has already shipped cannot be canceled. If it is later determined that we are unable to meet the revised shipping time frame, then we will notify the customer via email prior to the revised shipping date that we have cancelled and refunded the customer’s unshipped portion of the order.
You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination (within the continental United States) within 3-5 business days from the ship date.
Damage that occurs during shipment is the responsibility of the shipping company/carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS). It is the customers responsibility to inspect all UPS, FedEx or USPS shipments no later than 48 hours after delivery. If an item is damaged during shipment to you, refuse delivery of all damaged goods and contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the matter quickly.
Customers will have to settle with the delivering carrier/company directly for all damage claims made 48 hours or more past the delivery time. When a damage claim is made, you must keep the product(s) and packing material together as most carriers will send a representative to inspect the package before issuing compensation.
A customer may return defective product(s) only after a Return Authorization has been approved by Permanon Finishes. If the product arrives and is found to be defective, then the customer must contact Permanon Finishes within 10 days of receipt to discuss the condition of the product. If we agree, based on the customers description of the defect, that the product is defective, then arrangements will be made for its return.
It is important to note that Permanon liquid products must never freeze or they will be rendered useless. If temperatures in your area are at or about freezing, then you can either provide an address where the mailman always hand delivers packages to an indoor heated location, or you may include instructions on the checkout page requesting that we arrange to have the package held for pickup at your local post office. If neither option is acceptable, then we ask that you wait until temperatures in your area are regularly well above freezing. We do NOT authorize returns or issue refunds for product that is damaged due to freezing temperatures.
NOTE: Returns will not be accepted without a prior Return Authorization.
Contact Permanon Finishes and leave a message immediately and we will reply promptly.
If the return is authorized and after it's been received and inspected, if Permanon Finishes confirms that the product is defective as originally described, then we will ship a no-charge replacement (or issue a refund upon request) within three business days. However, if it is determined that the product is not defective as originally described, then it will be returned to the customer after additional shipping fees have been paid by the customer to include the costs for return-shipping to Permanon Finishes and back to the customer.
Refunds are authorized only as described within the Shipping and Return Policies outlined here.
We do not share any personal information including name, address, email, phone number or credit card information with any individual(s) or companies outside of Permanon Finishes with the exception of your shipping information to our shipping partners.
