Permanon PSI+14 Gold Line is a newly developed sealant for all kinds of surfaces, which guarantees maximum protection of your high-quality surfaces due to a maximum concentration of 14Si molecules and special polymer compounds. This solution can be used within the entire household, for vehicles on the street or for watercraft.
It is universally applicable and is also safe for all waterproof materials: painted surfaces, GFK – rubber and plastic covers, plastics and hard synthetic fibers, metals and alloys etc. There is no danger associated with the usage of the product on the various surface textures listed above, since sealing takes place by means of electrostatic adhesion and through van der Waals interactions.
Impurities, such as brake dust, bird droppings, insects, tar, resin and incineration residues, soot, oil and fat encrustations, fuel sediments and other harmful environmental influences affecting our vehicles can easily be removed thanks to a previous sealing with PSI+14 Gold Line.
Permanon is a nano-engineered surface protection solution for all hard surfaces that provides a long lasting durable shine. It protects the finishes on cars, trucks, motorcycles, RV's, aircraft, heavy equipment, personal watercraft, pools, spas, even household and maintenance required surfaces in hotels, hospitals and medical facilities.
Permanon is designed to protect clear coats, gel coats, fiberglass, polyurethane topcoats, stainless steel, chrome, metals, plastics, rubber, FRP, glass, granite, varnish, enamel and solid surface products.
Permanon is temperature stable up to 572°F (wax gives way at 104°F). It also keeps brake dust from burning into and pitting wheels. Brake dust burns at 518°F, well below the limits of Permanon.
Because Permanon particles are nano-sizes, they fill the pores and micro-structure of the surface and bond statically to preserve the original surface material. Permanon is an extremely effective, long lasting water repellent that is resistant to nearly all acids, alkaline solutions and solvents while offering significant UV (Ultra Violet) protection, the number one cause of dull or faded paint.
Permanon is non-flammable, non-toxic, solvent-free, and bio-degradable.
QUICK AND THROUGH CLEANING MADE EASY
Before you apply Permanon thoroughly clean the surface to be protected, spray a 3-5% solution on the surface, then rinse or dry. The high-gloss effect is boosted when the surface is dried with a microfiber cloth. Compared to competitor products Permanon is simple in use as it cleans and protects in one step giving you a brilliant shine and superior protection. Moreover, follow-up maintenance/cleaning becomes significantly easier.
DOSAGE:
First-time application: mix PERMANON (3-5%) with water for clear coats or 5-10% with water for fiberglass or Gelcoats.
For shine-renewing and/or maintenance applications a 3% solution is sufficient.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
After mixing with normal tap water the application solution is stable for about three weeks. Mixing with distilled water will extend the solution stability by another 1-2 weeks and will also reduce water spotting.
1 liter of concentrate produces 33 liters of a ready-to-use (mixed with water) solution at a concentration of 3%, or 20 liters when mixed to a 5% concentration.
CONCENTRATE :
Permanon products are highly concentrated and, therefore, must be diluted before use with water. For example, a 3% mixed solution is achieved by taking 30 ml of concentrate and dilute with 1,000 ml (1 liter / 32 oz) of water. A 5% mixed solution is achieved by taking 50 ml of concentrate and dilute with 1,000 ml (1 liter / 32 oz) of water.
